Corrosion is a major pipeline problem and the biggest obstacle facing pipeline engineers and operators. Today the problem is aggravated by increasingly corrosive fluids that are being transported in the Oil, Gas and Water industries. To overcome corrosion problems, BATEMAN Kuwait is providing a unique pigging technology , for old and new pipelines and has extensive resources and experienced skilled manpower with an international record of success.

We provide Assessment and rigorous adherence to procedures during the various stages to ensure quality coating.

Our pigging technology for relatively long pipelines has major advantages which cleans the the pipelines mechanically and chemically. Major advantages are:

- Continuous internal epoxy coatings can be applied over lengths of upto 50 kms in a single operation.

- Minimum downtime (a 20km to 30km pipeline can be coated within 2 - 3 weeks)

- Cost-effectiveness

- Technology applicable to old and new pipelines

- Suitable for a wide range of corrosive fluids - oil, gas or water.

- Virtually any pipeline can be internally coated including buried or subsea lines.
